Please allow 48-72 hours processing time after placing your order, after which you will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information. For Expedited orders, you must place the order before 2:00 PM MST or your order will not be shipped until the following business day. 

The item I want is sold out.  Will you be getting the item back in stock?

Due to how fast our merchandise sells, we cannot always guarantee the item will be back in stock.  Sometimes our factories run out of the fabric and we are unable to re-order. The best way to know if the item you want comes back in stock is to use the “Get Notified When We Restock” option on the item page. You will get an email if and when the item is restocked.

How can I get my confirmation email if I accidentally deleted it or I never received one?

Please send an email to and request the confirmation email.  Please include your order number in the body of the email.

What if my order is lost or stolen?

Böhme is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. To help you with these issues, Böhme offers Route Insurance which covers your order 100% if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged. You can choose to add it to your order at checkout.  

When will my order ship?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.  You will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information once completed. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 5 to 10 business days after processing for your package to be delivered.

What is my order number?

You can find your order number in the confirmation email. If you don't have your confirmation email you can request it by emailing Please include your phone number in the body of the email.

RETURNING AN ITEM OR ORDER- please read carefully

*You may return your items to any one of our locations instead of shipping them back for a refund. Click here to find a location near you.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving at warehouse. 

In order to be eligible for a refund all items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Have original tags attached
  • Placed in original packaging or similar packaging with any previous shipping labels covered. Failure to use original/like packaging will result in a reduction of your refundable amount. 
  • Returned using the label provided to you during the return request
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation sent via email
  • Please do not include items that were not previously requested, a new request must be submitted for additional items

The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:

  • Merchandise marked 'FINAL SALE' on the invoice.
  • Items issued as a prize/gift
  • Merchandise purchased in stores

Refunds are only issued to the original payment method, or as an online store credit if requested. Orders placed with online store credit can only be refunded back to an online credit. Refunds are not credited until returned merchandise has been received and inspected for eligibility. Shipping charges are non refundable.
