OUR HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY IS EFFECTIVE STARTING NOVEMBER 11, 2020.
We have an extended Return Policy In-store and Online. You have up to January 10, 2021, to return an Online or In-store Purchase (purchased between November 11, 2020 and December 20, 2020). Final Sale items are FINAL SALE regardless of our Holiday 2020 Extended Return Policy.
- Items purchased prior to November 11, 2020 are not eligible for the Holiday 2020 Extended Return Policy.
- Jewelry and Final Sale items are FINAL SALE.
- Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed.
- Please note, we do not send Free Return Labels for Gifts, as the RMA must be generated by the Purchaser.
- All items purchased after December 20, 2020 fall into our standard 15 day return policy and will not qualify for the Holiday 2020 Extended Return Policy.
We know not everything works out and we want to help ensure you look fabulous in everything you purchase from us. We are here to help. We will gladly accept select unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise within 15 days of delivery date for exchange or refund. All original tags must be attached. Shipping charges and Route Insurance are not refundable. Clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund or exchange. FINAL SALE ITEMS
While we want to ensure you get exactly what you are looking for and love your purchase, there are certain items that are not eligible for return or exchange. These include all items marked “Final Sale”, all jewelry, intimates, and bodysuits. Swimwear may only be returned or exchanged if original liners are in place.
You may return your purchase by mail (by using our free pre-paid return label) or in store. Click here to start your return. You will receive your prepaid label via email once you have completed the return request. You will only need your order number and the email address used when placing the order that contains the item you wish to return. To be more environmentally conscious, we no longer provide packing slips and they are not required to process your return. If you prefer, locate a store near you to return your item(s) in a store.
For merchandise returned within 15 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment, at the original selling price. Please remember, shipping costs and any insurance purchased are not refundable.
If the merchandise is returned after the 15 days of delivery, but within 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price. Merchandise returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If during the return process you notice that the item you are wanting to return is not appearing or you cannot select it, that means the item does not qualify for a return or exchange for one of the reasons mentioned above. If you feel this is an error, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to find a solution that works for all.
Once your returned item(s) is/are received, your return will be processed within 5-10 business days. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification. Due to different banking procedures outside of our control, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Additional return details (please read carefully)
-Any item returned in unsellable condition may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the return will be credited as a merchandise credit only.
-All returned items must be unaltered and include all original packaging, including tags. Items returned without packaging and tags will be considered unsellable and may be subject to the 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn, free of stains and odors. Please take extra caution when trying on product while wearing makeup, deodorant, or perfumes as these may stain the garment and make it ineligible for a refund.
-Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks. We know you need to try shoes on, so we please ask you to do so on indoor carpet as to not scuff the soles. Shoes that show signs of wear may be ineligible for a refund.
-Shoes must be returned in original packaging; the shoebox cannot be used as packaging. Please be sure to package the shoebox safely inside proper shipping materials. Any tape or labels placed directly on the shoebox will result in the package being unsellable and subject to the 20% restocking fee.
-While we love our fur babies as much as you, please take extra care if you are a proud parent of a pet. Pet hair or stains on a garment will make the item ineligible for a refund.
-Please make sure that all approved items listed on your return request are in the SAME package and no additional items are included in the package. While we appreciate you trying to save on shipping costs, please do not combine multiple return requests together in one package. Doing so will delay the processing of your return.
As a reminder, we provide a free pre-paid return label. If you chose to return items without the use of the prepaid return label there is no guarantee that we will be able to process the return and we do not reimburse any shipping costs. You may select to receive your refund in form of a merchandise credit. Merchandise credits do not expire. Receiving a merchandise credit follows the same procedures as a refund and may take up to 10 days after receipt of your item at our warehouse to be activated. Items being returned for a merchandise credit are subject to the same policies as returns. You will receive your merchandise credit via email to the account used when the order was placed. Merchandise credits cannot be used or applied to any order prior to you receiving them via email.
