How do I request a return?

Can I return my online order in a store?
Yes! If returning your order to a store location is more convenient for you, you may bring your items, along with your order confirmation email, to a store and drop it off. Store locations are drop off locations only. The store will NOT be able to process the refund immediately. The store associate will contact our customer service staff and your return will be processed within one business day. Our normal e-commerce return policy is followed.
Can I return something I purchased in a store to you online?
No, we are sorry to say that store purchases are only eligible for exchange in our store locations.
Can I get my money back?
If you have initiated the return within 15 days of the receipt of your package, the refund will be given in the original form of payment.
How do I request an exchange?
Due to the high turnover of our product, the way we handle exchanges currently is to request that you place a new order for the item you would like and request a free return for the incorrect item.
Why can I only select “Store Credit” when requesting my return?
If you are attempting to initiate a return after 15 days from receiving your package, but within 30 days of original order date, you only have the option for merchandise credit. Refunds to the original form of payment must be made within 15 days of receipt of your package.
I no longer have the original credit card I used at the time of purchase. How can I receive a refund?
If your new card is with the same bank as the original purchase, we will be able to process the refund to the original payment method. However, if you no longer use the same bank, we can issue an online credit. For consumer safety, we cannot manually type in a credit card account number for a refund.
E-Gift cards and Gift Cards
How do I use my e-gift card?
Each e-gift card has a unique code. Simply type that code into the gift card box during check out and hit “apply.”
Why can't I use my gift card online?
If you received a plastic gift card or merchandise credit card from a store location, they are valid in our stores only. We are working on integrating our systems, but unfortunately at this time they will not work on our website.
The item I want is sold out. Will you be getting the item back in stock?
Due to how fast our merchandise sells, we cannot always guarantee the item will be back in stock. Sometimes our factories run out of the fabric and we are unable to re-order. The best way to know if the item you want comes back in stock is to use the “Get Notified When We Restock” option on the item page. You will get an email if and when the item is restocked.
How can I get my confirmation email if I accidentally deleted it or I never received one?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and request the confirmation email. Please include your order number in the body of the email.
What if my order is lost or stolen?
Böhme is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. To help you with these issues, Böhme offers Route Insurance which covers your order 100% if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged. You can choose to add it to your order at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information once completed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 5 to 10 business days after processing for your package to be delivered.
What is my order number?
You can find your order number in the confirmation email. If you don't have your confirmation email you can request it by emailing email@example.com. Please include your phone number in the body of the email.
Coupon codesCan I use coupon codes with other promotions?
Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other promotions.
I forgot to apply a coupon code to my purchase.
If you forgot to apply a coupon code, and there was no other sale or discount on your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours and request the price adjustment.
Can I apply a promotion to my previous purchase?
You may request a one-time price adjustment within seven days after your purchase by sending your request to email@example.com
What is Route Shipping Insurance?
Böhme is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Route Insurance covers your order 100% if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged. You can choose to add it to your order at checkout.
How do I file a claim for my lost, stolen, or damaged package?
