Returns and Exchanges

How do I request a return? 

We know not everything works out and we want to help ensure you look fabulous in everything you purchase from us. We are here to help. We will gladly accept select unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise within 30 days of fulfillment date for exchange for exchange or store credit only. Sorry, no cash or credit card refunds.  All original tags must be attached. Shipping charges and Route Insurance are not refundable. Clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund or exchange

 Can I return my online order in a store?

Yes! If returning your order to a store location is more convenient for you. We have two options for you.

You may bring your items, along with your order confirmation email, to a store and they will process your return. Or you can request your return online, select option to drop your return off in store. You will be presented with Instant Voucher and when you drop off your package in store location, store will process and refund your return. Our normal e-commerce return policy is followed.

Can I return something I purchased in a store to you online?

No, we are sorry to say that store purchases are only eligible for exchange in our store locations.  

 

Want a different size?

To exchange for a different size in the same product, click through the return process and simply select your new size from the drop down. If you do not see the size you are looking for, it means it is unavailable in that style and color at this time.

Want A different style or color?

To exchange for a different style or color, click through the return process and request a refund. You may be offered an Instant Credit Refund code you can use to purchase something new on the site. The voucher code will need to be applied at checkout. We are unable to price match if the initial item was purchased during a sale or a discount code was used.

 Can’t decide on something now?

Select the item you’re sending back and click “Return.”

Print your return label and mail back the original item.

Your refund will be issued in a form of store credit within 15 days after we receive your return at our warehouse.

How can I cancel my pre-order?

General information about pre-orders.

  • IMPORTANT NOTE:  Payments for pre-ordered items are charged immediately upon checkout, not when shipped.
  • If you order a pre-order item along with an in-stock item, your order will arrive in multiple shipments.  If applicable, you will only be charged one shipping fee. You may receive multiple shipments depending on the items ordered.
  • Returns of pre-ordered items are accepted up to 30 business days from the date your pre-ordered item has shipped.  Please contact us at webteam@bohme.com to request a return label.
  • We do our best to communicate all the details about pre-order items in the item description. On occasion, details about the pre-order item may change and are out of our control.  If at any time you have further questions, please contact us at webteam@bohme.com.
  • Pre-order items are special orders and can take up to eight weeks to be completed.
  • The ESTIMATED SHIP DATE is provided by our vendors and it is only an estimate.  We cannot make any guarantees on the actual delivery date but will do our very best to keep the information as updated and accurate as possible.  We also cannot guarantee that your order will ship on any specific date.  We will process all orders in the order in which they are received.  Again, we cannot guarantee the delivery date of any pre-ordered item.

    E-Gift cards and Gift Cards

    How do I use my e-gift card? 

    Each e-gift card has a unique code.  Simply type that code into the gift card box during check out and hit “apply.”  Our new gift cards are valid in stores and online.

     

    General

    The item I want is sold out.  Will you be getting the item back in stock?

    Due to how fast our merchandise sells, we cannot always guarantee the item will be back in stock.  Sometimes our factories run out of the fabric and we are unable to re-order. The best way to know if the item you want comes back in stock is to use the “Get Notified When We Restock” option on the item page. You will get an email if and when the item is restocked.

    How can I get my confirmation email if I accidentally deleted it or I never received one?

    Please send an email to webteam@bohme.com and request the confirmation email.  Please include your order number in the body of the email.

    What if my order is lost or stolen?

    Böhme is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. To help you with these issues, Böhme offers Route Insurance which covers your order 100% if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged. You can choose to add it to your order at checkout.  

    When will my order ship?

    Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.  You will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information once completed. You do not need to download Route app, this app is here to help you track all your purchases. You will receive tracking number from us in your confirmation email.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Please allow 5 to 10 business days after processing for your package to be delivered. Unfortunately, we are not able to influence the shipping speed once the package leaves our facility.

    What is my order number?

    You can find your order number in the confirmation email. If you don't have your confirmation email you can request it by emailing webteam@bohme.com. Please include your full name and email address you used to place the order in the body of the email.

    Coupon codes

    Can I use coupon codes with other promotions?

    Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other promotions.

    I forgot to apply a coupon code to my purchase.

    If you forgot to apply a coupon code, and there was no other sale or discount on your order, please send an email to webteam@bohme.com within 24 hours and request the price adjustment.  

    Can I apply a promotion to my previous purchase?

    You may request a one-time price adjustment within 3 days after your purchase by sending your request to webteam@bohme.com 


    Route Insurance

    What is Route Shipping Insurance?

    Böhme is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Route Insurance covers your order 100% if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged. You can choose to add it to your order at checkout.

    How do I file a claim for my lost, stolen, or damaged package?

    Open your email from Route. In the email, copy your Route Order ID as you will need it to file the claim. Click here to file a claim:
