Return Policy Details

We know not everything works out and we want to help ensure you look fabulous in everything you purchase from us. We will gladly accept select unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise within 21 days of fulfillment date for exchange, refund to the original method of payment or store credit. All original tags must be attached. Shipping charges and Route Insurance are not refundable. Clearance items and all jewelry are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or return. Exchanges or Returns for Store Credit are free! 

Returns for original form of payment will be subject to a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund: 

  • $8.99 restocking fee when you return via USPS pre-paid label 
  • $0 restocking fee if return is dropped off to one of our store locations.

Store drop offs: 

  • $0 when you return to a store location
  • Find one of our store locations here
  • Refund or exchange initiated online via return portal
  • Store returns are more sustainable than mail returns 

Pre-paid USPS Returns: 

  • $8.99 when you return via USPS pre-paid requested label
  • Print the return label and affix to the package
  • Refund or exchange initiated online via return portal

Refunds 

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to the method selected in the return process, this process can take up to 15 business days. Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations. 

Shipping Fees Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund. 

To be more environmentally conscious, we no longer provide packing slips and they are not required to process your return. Please drop off your return package with our pre-paid return label to USPS. If you prefer, locate a store near you to drop off your item(s) in a store. If you choose this option, the store will process your return and the return fee will be waived.

Want a different size?

To exchange for a different size in the same product, click through the return process and simply select your new size from the drop down. If you do not see the size you are looking for, it means it is unavailable in that style and color at this time. Exchange process is always free.

Want a different style or color?

To exchange for a different style or color, click through the return process and request a return. You may be offered an Instant Credit Refund code you can use to purchase something new on the site. The voucher code will need to be applied at checkout. We are unable to price match if the initial item was purchased during a sale or a discount code was used. We do not honor sale prices on exchanges if the sale ended. 

Can’t decide on something now?

Select the item you’re sending back and click “Return.” Print your return label or screenshot the QR code and mail back the original item. Your refund will be issued in a form you requested within 15 business days after we receive your return at our warehouse.

Defective items

If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care here within 48 hours to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 48 hours of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

Additional return details (please read carefully

- FINAL SALE ITEMS - While we want to ensure you get exactly what you are looking for and love your purchase, there are certain items that are not eligible for return or exchange.  These include all items marked “Final Sale” and all jewelry. Swimwear may only be returned or exchanged if original liners are in place. 

- Any item returned in unsellable condition may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

- All returned items must be unaltered and include all original packaging, including tags. Items returned without packaging and tags will be considered unsellable and may be subject to the 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn, free of stains and odors.  Please take extra caution when trying on products while wearing makeup, deodorant, or perfumes as these may stain the garment and make it ineligible for a return.

- Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.  We know you need to try shoes on, so we please ask you to do so on indoor carpet as to not scuff the soles.  Shoes that show signs of wear may be ineligible for a return.

- Shoes must be returned in original packaging; the shoebox cannot be used as packaging.  Please be sure to package the shoebox safely inside proper shipping materials. Any tape or labels placed directly on the shoebox will result in the package being unsellable and subject to the 20% restocking fee.

- While we love our fur babies as much as you, please take extra care if you are a proud parent of a pet.  Pet hair or stains on a garment will make the item ineligible for a return.

- Please make sure that all approved items listed on your return request are in the SAME package and no additional items are included in the package. While we appreciate you trying to save on shipping costs, please do not combine multiple return requests together in one package.  Doing so will delay the processing of your return.

As a reminder, we provide a pre-paid return label.  If you choose to return items without the use of the pre-paid return label there is no guarantee that we will be able to process the return and we do not reimburse any shipping costs.  If you are having problems with getting a pre-paid return label, please contact us at webteam@bohme.com.  

Instant Credit, here’s how it works:

You can shop now and select any item on the site. You'll use your Instant Credit code at checkout, similar to a gift card. The Credit amount will be for the amount of the items being returned. If you are having problems with Instant Credit, please contact us at webteam@bohme.com.
