SHIPPING CHARGE REFUNDS
Refunds are not provided for shipping to the customer’s designated delivery address, except in the event of a Bohme error, such as wrong item shipped, manufacturer defect.
Bohme will provide promotional shipping rates from time to time to reduce the cost of a purchase for our customers. These shipping promotion values, whether express or any implied, are not eligible for a refund.
Express shipping refunds are only available due to Bohme error.
Orders are usually shipped from our distribution center within 24-48 business hours, though carrier may take 5-7 days to deliver the order to the designated address. Tracking information is updated when the order is shipped.
When initiating a return shipment to Bohme Returns, customers should allow 5-10 days for return shipments to arrive to Bohme Returns. We recommend customers note the tracking number she/he have recorded and reference the carrier’s website for confirmation of delivery to Bohme Returns. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days, and we will notify the customer of a completed return via email once completed.
