    We are happy to receive and process returned purchases for a refund or store credit in accordance with our Web Returns Policy. The policies are established to help best guide our clients and users for the purpose of improving efficiency and standards.

    Returned orders and merchandise must be delivered to Bohme Returns within 30 days of original purchase to be eligible for a refund in form of original payment, and within 60 days to be eligible for an exchange or store credit. In any instance, an original invoice and all product packaging must be included undamaged and unaltered to assure saleable merchandise for Bohme’s customers.

  • REFUND POLICY

    Orders are eligible for refunds for merchandise returned to Bohme Returns within 30 days of purchase and must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include a completed return authorization form and order invoice, as indicated within the below return instructions.

    Returned items determined to be damaged by the manufacturer or defective will be refunded to the customer for the purchase price and shipping costs of delivery charged to the customer. A credit of up to $6.55 will be issued to the customer in the form of a credit to compensate for costs of return shipping to Bohme Returns.

    A limited assortment of merchandise is not eligible for refunds, other than damaged goods or Bohme error. Items not eligible for refunds include undergarments, hosiery, FINAL SALE merchandise, accessory merchandise, swimwear, orders not returned by original purchaser, returns received at Bohme Returns greater than 30 days from original purchase, items excluding packaging or including damaged packaging, returns without original receipt, items issued as a prize or gift, merchandise purchased in stores, or personal gift items.

    Refunds are only issued to the original payment method, or as store credit. Orders placed with gift cards only refund value to a gift card or store credit. Under no circumstances may Bohme apply credit to another payment method other than the original. In no circumstances will cash be issued for online purchases, whether via store returns, or to Bohme Returns.

    Refund value is established according to original purchase price paid by the customer, as indicated on the receipt, not the greater or lesser value as marked online at time of return.

    Refunds for shipping value paid by the customer to ship the order to the customer’s address is not refundable, except as stated below within Shipping Refunds.

    Customers are responsible for payment of return postage. No COD shipments will be accepted.

    Refunds are not credited until returned merchandise has been received and inspected for eligibility.

    Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to show up on your credit card statements.

  • EXCHANGE POLICY

    We would be more than happy to exchange any item for you. Due to our limited inventory, we may be out of stock in the item or size you would like to exhange it for, but will help you exchange your item for another. Please email us at webteam@bohme.com for assistance. 

  • PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

    Though Bohme makes its best effort to align promotional pricing to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, at times a price reduction results in a customer paying a higher price within a short time of the price reduction. Bohme has established a policy to provide price adjustments for our customers in these instances when brought to our attention.

    Price adjustments may be made within 5 days of original order date for merchandise purchased at full price. Customer must contact Bohme customer service via email and include their order number and contact information. Customer should not return merchandise to initiate a price adjustment.

    Price adjustments are provided in the form of web store credit to the user’s account.

  • GIFT CARD RETURNS

    Gift cards are only eligible for returns to the original purchaser for the original price and must be accompanied by the original receipt. The value of the refund is limited to the original purchase price and may only be refunded to the original purchase method. Gift cards are not refunded for any value other than the original purchase price, regardless of the value indicated on the card or any advertising message.

  • ONLINE MERCHANDISE RETURNS TO STORE LOCATIONS

    Online purchases may be returned to store locations. Customer must present the shipping invoice she/he received within the delivered package to be eligible for a return or exchange to a store location. If this document is not presented, the store is not authorized to complete a return, exchange, or credit.

    Customer must present government issued ID to be eligible for return processing at store locations. Without the required identification, store associates are not authorized to complete the return, exchange, or credit.

  • SHIPPING CHARGE REFUNDS

    Refunds are not provided for shipping to the customer’s designated delivery address, except in the event of a Bohme error, such as wrong item shipped, manufacturer defect.

    Bohme will provide promotional shipping rates from time to time to reduce the cost of a purchase for our customers. These shipping promotion values, whether express or any implied, are not eligible for a refund.

    Express shipping refunds are only available due to Bohme error.

  • PROCESSING TIME

    When initiating a return shipment to Bohme Returns, customers should allow 5-10 days for return shipments to arrive to Bohme Returns. We recommend customers note the tracking number she/he have recorded and reference the carrier’s website for confirmation of delivery to Bohme Returns. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days, and we will notify the customer of a completed return via email once completed.

  • RETURNING AN ITEM OR ORDER

    The following information is provided as a self-guided resource to aid customers wishing to return an order to Bohme Returns.

    Our customers should repackage their items within the same packaging used to deliver the order to the customer, if possible. Please make sure the return package is free of any shipping labels on outside of return box, other than the one addressed to Bohme Returns.

    Be sure to record and reference the tracking number to note the arrival of a return to Bohme Returns.

    Include packing slip and return authorization form within the package, along with the merchandise being returned.

    For all returns, the customer must pay to ship the order to Bohme Returns. Bohme is not responsible for lost or stolen items during return shipping, so be sure to insure shipments and gather tracking information. Customer may return orders via ground shipping via USPS, UPS or Federal Express.

  • NORMAL BUSINESS PRACTICE NOTICE

    Bohme reserves the right to record and analyze customer return behavior at its discretion. Bohme Returns reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise and make a fair assessment of ‘condition’ of returned merchandise and packaging to determine eligibility and saleable condition of goods.
