SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders will be processed within 48 to 72 business hours after which you will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for package to be delivered. We currently ship to the U.S & Canada (Only US orders qualify for free shipping/returns)
RETURNING AN ITEM OR ORDER- please read carefully
*You may return your items to any one of our locations instead of shipping them back for a refund. Click here to find a location near you.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt at warehouse.
In order to be eligible for a refund all items must be:
- Received at our warehouse within 15 days of original delivery to customer.
- Have original tags attached
- Placed in original packaging with any previous shipping labels covered. Failure to use original/like packaging will result in a reduction of your refundable amount
- Returned using the label provided to you during the return request
- Include a copy of your invoice
- Please do not include items that were not previously requested, a new request must be submitted for additional items

Certain merchandise is not eligible for a refund including:
- Merchandise marked 'FINAL SALE' on invoice.
- Items issued as a prize/gift
- Merchandise purchased in stores
*Bohme is not responsible for lost or stolen items during shipping. We recommend insuring shipments and gathering tracking information.
Refunds are only issued to the original payment method, or as an online store credit if requested. Orders placed with online store credit can only be refunded back to an online credit. Refunds are not credited until returned merchandise has been received and inspected for eligibility. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Böhme is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please keep an eye out for packages especially around the holiday season.
Price adjustments may be made within 5 days of original order date for merchandise purchased at full price. Customer must contact Bohme customer service via email at email@example.com and include their order number and contact information. Customer should not return merchandise to initiate a price adjustment.
Price adjustments are provided in the form of web store credit to the user’s account.
Gift cards are only valid in-stores and cannot be used online.
