SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders will be processed within 24 to 48 business hours. When processed you will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for package to be delivered. We currently do not ship outside of the U.S
- Please locate your order in the box below and request your return. Once approved your return shipping label will be emailed to you.
- Our return policy allows for returns 14 days from received date.
- Certain merchandise is not eligible for a refund. Those items include:
- Merchandise bought from our clearance / sale category and marked ‘FINAL SALE’ on invoice
- Returns without tags attached
- Items issued as a prize/gift
- Merchandise purchased in stores.
- Refunds are only issued to the original payment method, or as an online store credit if requested.
- Orders placed with online store credit can only be refunded back to an online credit.
- Refunds are not credited until returned merchandise has been received and inspected for eligibility.
ONLINE MERCHANDISE RETURNS TO STORE LOCATIONS
- Merchandise may be returned to a physical store location, but refund will NOT be returned to the original form of payment. The physical stores do not have access to original payment information and therefore can only issue in store credits.
- Customer must have invoice from original order with them to return any merchandise in store. If invoice is not present the exchange or refund for store credit will not be completed.
RETURNING AN ITEM OR ORDER
- You may reuse the original packaging, covering any previous shipping labels.
- Please affix the label provided to you.

- Bohme is not responsible for lost or stolen items during return shipping, so be sure to insure shipments and gather tracking information.
- Price adjustments may be made within 5 days of original order date for merchandise purchased at full price. Customer must contact Bohme customer service via email and include their order number and contact information. Customer should not return merchandise to initiate a price adjustment.
- Price adjustments are provided in the form of web store credit to the user’s account.
- Gift cards are only valid in-stores and cannot be used online.
