  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY


  • Orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. When processed you will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information.

  • Please allow 3 to 5 business days for package to be delieverd.

  • We currently do not ship outside of the U.S



  • REFUND POLICY


  • A Return Authorization Form must be filled out for the items you wish to return. You can do so by logging in to your account on bohme.com

  • Returned items determined to be damaged by the manufacturer or defective will be refunded to the customer for the purchase price and shipping costs of delivery charged to the customer. A credit of up to $6.95 will be issued to the customer in the form of a credit to compensate for costs of return shipping to Bohme Returns.


  • Certain merchandise is not eligible for a refund. Those items  include:

    • Merchandise bought from our clearance / sale category and marked ‘FINAL SALE’ on invoice

    • Hosiery and swimwear

    • Accessories

    • Damaged merchandise

    • Returns without original receipt

    • Items issued as a prize/gift

    • Merchandise purchased in stores.

 

  • Refunds are only issued to the original payment method, or as an online store credit if requested.

  • Orders placed with online store credit can only be refunded back to an online credit. Under no circumstances may Bohme apply credit to another payment method other than the original. In no circumstances will cash be issued for online purchases, whether via store returns, or to Bohme Returns.

  • Refund value is established according to original purchase price paid by the customer, as indicated on the receipt, not the greater or lesser value as marked online at time of return.

  • Customers are responsible for payment of return postage. No COD shipments will be accepted.

  • Refunds are not credited until returned merchandise has been received and inspected for eligibility.

  • Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to show up on your credit card statements.


  • PRICE ADJUSTMENTS


  • Price adjustments may be made within 5 days of original order date for merchandise purchased at full price. Customer must contact Bohme customer service via email and include their order number and contact information. Customer should not return merchandise to initiate a price adjustment.

  • Price adjustments are provided in the form of web store credit to the user’s account.


  • ONLINE MERCHANDISE RETURNS TO STORE LOCATIONS


  • Merchandise may be returned  to a physical store location, but refund will not be returned to the original form of payment.

  • Per store return policy, merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. No exceptions.   

  • Customer must have invoice from original order with them to return any merchandise in store. If invoice is not present the exchange or refund for store credit will not be completed.


  • PROCESSING TIME


  • Orders are usually shipped from our distribution center within 24-48 business hours, though carrier may take 7-14 days to deliver the order to the designated address. Tracking information is  updated when the order is shipped.

  • When initiating a return shipment to Bohme Returns, customers should allow 5-10 days for return shipments to arrive to Bohme Returns. We recommend customers note the tracking number she/he have recorded and reference the carrier’s website for confirmation of delivery to Bohme Returns. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days, and we will notify the customer of a completed return via email once completed.


  • RETURNING AN ITEM OR ORDER


  • Please repackage  items within the same packaging used to deliver the order to the customer, if possible. Please make sure the return package is free of any shipping labels on outside of return box, other than the one addressed to Bohme Returns.

  • Include RMA form and packing slip within the package, along with the merchandise being returned.

  • Bohme is not responsible for lost or stolen items during return shipping, so be sure to insure shipments and gather tracking information.

  • Bohme reserves the right to record and analyze customer return behavior at its discretion. Bohme Returns reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise and make a fair assessment of ‘condition’ of returned merchandise and packaging to determine eligibility and saleable condition of goods.
